This 1h30 individual consultation is a moment for me to understand you better on all the levels, as much physically, as mentally, emotionally, etc. This consultation is not only made to understand your imbalances, but also to understand your unique state of balance. I aim to hold a free space for you to come as you are and help you understand yourself even more so that you can restore harmony and alignment with yourself! Upon this individual 1h30 consultation, I will send you a diet & lifestyle advice sheet so that you can start implementing slow and meaningful changes into your daily life! I aim to not tell you what you need to stop doing, but rather what you can do more to restore optimal health! If the time you're looking to book isn't available, please don't hesitate to contact me!
