You can expect a holistic yoga class, including movements, breathing, relaxation, meditation, according to what is more adapted to you! I highly recommend to book for an ayurvedic consultation first, to assess your current state of health.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please let me know in advance. If you cancel less than 72h before the event, I don't offer refund but will offer a credit on the service you booked for. If you cancel less than 24h before your booking, the full amount of the service will be charged.
